By joining our membership plans you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of this page.

These Terms & Conditions govern your membership and subscription payments made via GoCardless with Penarth Skin Clinic. By enrolling in a membership plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Period

• The membership period is a minimum of six (6) months from the date of enrolment.

• Membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis after this period unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

2. Payments & Fees

• All membership fees are collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless on the 28th of the month, unless agreed otherwise.

• Fees will be charged monthly in advance and must be paid in full prior to receiving the monthly treatment.

• Smooth Plan Members: A minimum of three (3) monthly payments must be made prior to commencing treatment.

• If a payment fails, we may suspend your membership and treatment benefits until full payment has been received.

3. Discounts & Exclusions

• Discounts cannot be applied to already discounted treatments, packages, or promotional offers.

• Squid discounts and other third-party offers are not valid on membership top-up appointments.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships can be cancelled at any time after the initial 6-month period by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to penarthskinclinic@hotmail.com.

• If you cancel within the first 6 months, any treatments or products received at a discounted membership rate must be reimbursed in full.

• For Elite Members: if cancellation occurs within the first 12 months, all treatments or products received at a discounted rate must be repaid in full.

• We reserve the right to cancel memberships in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

5. Money-Back Guarantee (Cooling-Off Period)

• In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your agreement and receive a full refund of fees paid within 14 days of enrolment.

• However, if you request to begin treatment immediately, you agree that should you cancel within this 14-day period, you will be charged the full cost of any treatment(s) received, less any payments already made.

6. Missed Appointments

• Missed or unattended appointments will result in the forfeiture of that month’s treatment.

• Missed treatments cannot be rescheduled, carried over, or refunded.

7. Non-Transferable Membership

• Memberships are personal to the named individual and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared.

8. Changes to Terms

• Penarth Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified of any material changes via the email address provided at enrolment.

9. Data Protection

• All personal and payment details are processed securely through GoCardless in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By enrolling in a Penarth Skin Clinic membership, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
